You probably want to request a stable version like 9.20.3 ...

Oops, I just searched the tags on gitlab and I didn't realize the difference between these tags... I just want a version that support dns over tls in forwarders section. The current one doesn't support this function. I think 9.20.3 could be a good choice.

Changing subject to request latest stable upstream release (9.20.4), I guess that makes more sense to track.
