    sys-block/thin-provisioning-tools: add lvm2, udev deps
    
    * device-mapper bindings are generated so need lvm2 for headers
    * libudev is linked against

    Copying eb50dbc9f145da54e77db0d6d9a0e3a2af1ef7d9 change to apply to
