After installing Enlightenment, a list of recommended packages is shown in the post-install notes. One of these: econnman is not available in the main Portage tree. It seems odd that a package is both recommended and unavailable. Either it should be added to portage, or removed from this note.
It used to exist but was removed earlier this year: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/log/net-misc/econnman Thanks for the bug, I'll update enlightenment's ebuild removing econnman suggestion later today.
