This repo has been in maintenance mode for over a year now and the last commit was 10 months ago telling users to migrate to the official Gentoo LTO docs. Users are being linked to this repo via blog posts and YouTube videos from the past so I think we should remove this repo from being easily added and causing users a massive paper cut for no reason. I spend quite a bit of my volunteer time to Gentoo by unpicking issues caused by this repo so this will at least free me up to work on more interesting problems in Gentoo rather than fixing bad advice.

We temporarily restored it in bug 916287 to let the fix propagate to people's machines and the news item, but I think it's time to undo it now.
