Version 3.2.1 is the latest upstream release. Renaming the ebuild and commenting out the patch was enough to get it to compile. Compiled package runs. Current version 3.0.1-r1 won't compile after Perl upgrade (cf. https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=924673)
