this is the error i get

this is strange 
The bug is not reproducible, so it is likely a hardware or OS problem.

hardware is brand new, i ran memtest for 1 hour and cpu is not overclocked
i also did complete bootstrap, emerge system, X11 and kde till now without errors.

i add emerge info too

If it´s not reproducible, you should see Bug 20600 for possible causes of this.

Are you sure your Athlon64 supports SSE3? Afaik only the newest cores have it.
If you re-emerge kdeedu, does it fail in the same line?
