You haven't touched the package in 2.5 years, regardless of what is in metadata.xml.

It hasn't required any touching. The software is stable.

You haven't touched *any* packages in 2.5 years AFAICT.

And the fact that this package uses EAPI 6 is a pretty clear indicator that it needed touching...
