On 2024-05-23 an update was released: https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/nextcloud-29.0.1.tar.bz2 For whatever reason it's not listed on https://nextcloud.com/changelog/#latest29 so there is no changelog. I know about it because my Desktop nextcloud client keeps telling me that there is a new server version.
The missing changelog seems to be an oversight. For now the Nextcloud forum has a changelog: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/may-2024-releases-29-0-1-28-0-6-27-1-0/193593#h-2901-3 (or directly on Github - https://github.com/nextcloud/server/releases?q=v29&expanded=true )
