Amarok is back: the dependencies on obsolete libraries have been fixed. This is a full release. There is an ebuild in the robert7k overlay that might serve as a template: https://gpo.zugaina.org/Overlays/robert7k/media-sound/amarok
kde overlay has its own existing template in form of a 9999 ebuild, but we're still not in any kind of rush to get a Qt5-based package in at this point. I'm not saying we won't do it at all, but it is not high up the priority list.
