This package depends on dev-cpp/folly to be of equal or higher version than dev-cpp/fizz.
The latest version of dev-cpp/folly is 2023.06.19.00, so dev-cpp/fizz cannot be bumped any higher than that.

I thus bumped dev-cpp/fizz to 2023.06.19.00 in commit 406f613982ff2a127e0fa730f4885fa9fab74411
(I don't actually use this so I don't have the motivation to open a PR and bump folly in ::gentoo)

The maintainer here.
As I remember this package was intended as reverse dependency for sys-fs/dwarfs, but this package switched to semi-static bundled libs.
I suggest treeclean therefore if no one actually use it.
