Combinatorica-classica - an overlay of classical combinatorial algorythms written in C89.

Is it possible to add overlay in a list of overlays (maybe in an unofficial list)?!
The link above referes to this overlay:

It contains classical iteretive combinatorial algorythms written in C89.

It contains program in C89 to colorize Conky calendar.

Besides PRs we allow users to request overlay additions via bugs.gentoo.org. Even though, this is not really clear on the linked wiki page.
