build.log, emerge --info, emerge -pqv & environment

After switching from profile

 default/linux/x86/17.0/hardened

to

 default/linux/x86/23.0/i686/split-usr/hardened

emerge -e @world failed to re-build dev-lang/php-8.2.15 with a linker error: "read-only segment has dynamic relocations".

Please see the attached logs.

I have already tried to downgrade to dev-lang/php-8.1.25, but the linker error remained the same.

dev-lang/php-8.1.26-r1 produces the same linker error.
