Issue was noticed after full rebuild for the upgrade to the 23.0 profiles, but may be unrelated to this.

Issue disappears after removing intel-compute-runtime:

Issue is also resolved by emerging intel-compute-runtime --with-bdeps:

Likely the cause is a missing RDEPEND in intel-compute-runtime.

Missing runtime dependency is dev-util/intel-graphics-compiler, bit strange that it needs the compiler at runtime. But as soon as this package is gone clinfo fails.

Also, the current ebuild contains a typo causing media-libs/gmmlib to not be a DEPEND.
