Issue: app-i18n/fcitx-skk-0.1.4 fails to compile.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_tinderbox)

I guess this is because the package depends on `>=app-i18n/fcitx-4.2.8` but without specifying the slot `:4`, but it is hard to check it on my machine since I'm currently using fcitx:5 and it blocks fcitx:4...

Since I've stopped using it (I'm using fcitx:5::gentoo and fcitx-skk:5::gentoo-zh), I dropped myself as a maintainer.
