Removing video_cards_vmware from the ::gentoo arm64/use.mask allows it to work in ~arm64 arch installs. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Add -video_cards_vmware to the arm64/use.mask file. Actual Results: The packages dependent upon viseo_cards_vmware build and run.
Requires arm64 keywording of x11-drivers/xf86-video-vmware.

I'll plan to stabilize xf86-video-vmware on arm64 at the same time as we stabilize mesa-24.1.x.
