Upstream link for 2009.09 has been unreachable for a long time with restricting mirroring[1] making it noticeable. A new version is available on a new domain[2], but unclear licensing of one of the fonts[3] blocks allowing mirroring potentially leading to similar issues if upstream moves again or removes old versions. There are alternative less problematic Dzongkha fonts available such as media-fonts/jomolhari[4] or even Google's media-fonts/noto which has Dzongkha with Noto Serif Tibetan[5]. As such I think it could be prudent to consider treecleaning this instead of fixing. Currently people would be most likely affected by the broken state of the package if they merge media-fonts/fonts-meta without setting L10N to a limited set. Note: DDC Unchen could also be packaged separately similarly to Jomolhari as the creator hosts it on sourceforge as well (Christopher J.
