I asked you how to reproduce the issue so I can test a fix. You didn't answer. Giving a vague link to a wiki page I have read wholly, without a direct answer is such a waste of time.

Please tell me how to fix it and/or how to reproduce the issue.

Looks like installing app-shells/bash-completion enables this QA check.
