Latest release 0.2.5 (sourceforge) is from 2016.
There was some development in https://github.com/lxde/gpicview in the last years. That makes 2 patches obsolete.
Wayland patch taken from https://bugs.gentoo.org/642294
Fixes a segfault in wayland.
