ebuild patch

io_uring currently hardcoded in ebuild.
Some kernel may have io_uring disabled, e.g. for security reason.

A minimal patch to bump ebuild in this respect.

Binary size decreases ~ 10%.

No more pesky terminal warning.

Please note both ebuild have no addressing CONFIG_CHECK

side note:
net-fs/samba suffers the same, blocking sys-libs/liburing removal here.
