After update to freerdp 3 KRDC stopped connecting to windows remote. Manually connecting to remote with freerdp works. krdc will likely need to adapt here.
krdc-9999 (from KDE repo) fails to build with freerdp-3.0.0 so, limit dependency to >=freerdp-2.10 <3 and punt bug upstream?

@floppym: freerdp-3 has this option we could use: > option(WITH_FREERDP_DEPRECATED_COMMANDLINE "Build FreeRDP deprecated command line options" OFF) Otherwise this will indeed be an upper-version bound for krdc, since git master looks to be using freerdp entirely different to 23.08 branch so there will be nothing to backport from.
