Upstream says they'll be shipping a config for Cinnamon 6.0. Until then, I am not the right person to be doing anything with this, as I don't use flatpack and wouldn't be able to verify any custom implementation.
Is the bump to Cinnamon 6 going to be hard? If we need a faster fix, maybe we could apply the Fedora patch for the older 5 versions https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/cinnamon/c/998fca70b6848711f04c021e83a4c7641d44562f?branch=rawhide Thanks
