Noticed w/ `qa-vdb` from iwdevtools:
```
VDB: detected possibly incorrect RDEPEND (dev-libs/liblouis-3.25.0)
 > dev-libs/libyaml
```

This looks like a build system error, given https://github.com/liblouis/liblouis/blob/f92474354584727355543cacaffe76bf6ea38464/configure.ac#L29 implies it's supposed to be test-only.
