Tesseract (an OCR engine) version 5.3.2 has been released: https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract/releases/tag/5.3.2

Also note: the GCC 13 patch isn't needed now: https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract/commit/e3fb0c657d0015552dea12a34cb3b3e55315b589 .
(Hm... -9999 didn't have this patch...)
