I don't know what is wrong with Opera One (so, version 100+) but I felt on a lot of websites not able to play videos on the browser (looks like some codec issue). Tested on the one that is presently on the tree, www-client/opera-100.0.4815.32. Everything was fine before upgrading from version 98 or 99 yesterday. www-client/opera-beta-99.0.4788.6 (which is still on the tree) saved my day.
If you are looking for a website, just go to CNN. On this website, videos play just fine with Opera 99 but return this error with Opera 100 There was an issue with the media playback engine. The sub-error code will contain additional information about the underlying cause. | SOURCE_NO_SUPPORTED_TECHNOLOGY encountered, code: 1203
