Upstream has released v3.4.0.0. The portage tree has only the ebuild for v3.3.0.0. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Look at https://github.com/BiglySoftware/BiglyBT/releases/tag/v3.4.0.0 to see that v3.4.0.0 has been released 2. Look at https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/net-p2p/biglybt to see that v.3.3.0.0 is the latest version available in the tree 3. Conclude that it would be good to have the newest version available in the tree. Actual Results: v3.4.0.0 is not available in the tree Expected Results: v3.4.0.0 is available in the tree
