Oh, we need to massage the patch a little, it seems.
I managed to install just fine after emerging net-libs/webkit-gtk:4.1 I think this should be a dependency for networkmanager-openconnect. The strange thing is that it doesn't even have the gtk use flag activated. It's very strange that it requires webkit ...
