Whoever has access to machine should run rebuild-container.sh and to update the config in the Docker container. This might be updated on its own time but its probable that machine has cron job running rebuild-container.sh and update-planet.sh separately on their own time interval.

I've pushed a new tag & updated the tag which the config should be using. Let's see if that's enough.
Now seems ok, no more spam arrived.
