The ebuilds for net-misc/electrum-4.4.1 and net-misc/electrum-4.4.2 still depend on <dev-libs/libsecp256k1-0.2. However with the 4.4.1 support electrum added support for dev-libs/libsecp256k1-0.3.1: https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/blob/c9536180c50c230af43aa75bd22c7bdd97cc70b0/RELEASE-NOTES#LL36C7-L36C7
