Description sanomiad 2023-05-07 03:38:27 UTC
Hello,

The package "net-analyzer/nettop" has its homepage pointing to the wiki link "No_homepage". This package's home is at (I'm forbidden from posting links in the 1st 24hrs) "https[remove_me]://[remove_me]nettop.youlink.[remove_me]org/" and there is also a newer version listed on there.

I've checked the original sources and those of your link. While both share the same name, i don't think these are the same packages. They're quite different in their content (one is written in C the other one in C++)
Maybe the old one can be replaced, but a simple change of the HOMEPAGE probably won't be sufficient.

Confirmed.

Are there any plans to create a landing page for this utility? And where can we browse or obtain the source code?

package maintainers need to update the ebuild with a proper homerpage and a link to the source code.

Uh, that's not a WONTFIX.

Well, it's been sitting here for about 10 months. I'd fix this myself but no one is providing the necessary info/guide to do so.
