tremc does not work with newer transmission versions

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge tremc transmission
2. run tremc
Actual Results:  
$ tremc
Unsupported Transmission version: 4.0.1 (e1c6e1be43) -- RPC protocol version: 17
Please install Transmission version 3.0.0 or lower.


Expected Results:  
TUI launches, connects to transmission daemon, and displays running jobs.
