Hotplug fails with supported devices if the system is running OpenRC. The rules file /lib/udev/rules.d/99-pcscd-hotplug.rules has systemd-specific keys. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add 'rc_hotplug="pcscd"' to /etc/rc.conf 2. Restart the system 3. Attach a supported device and see if the service starts. Actual Results: The service fails to start. There are no errors because the udev rule is not triggered. Expected Results: The rules file is included with the package and loads into a watched directory, so I expect this to just work out of the box.
