> The process cannot access the file > '/var/tmp/portage/[...]/CSharpLanguageServer.deps.json' > because it is being used by another process. This is a rare error but it does not only happen with this package. Unfortunately I was not able to determine why sometimes `dotnet build` will fail like that for some packages, it might be caused by setting maxCpuCount, but on the other hand I had experienced failures when this was not set.
