The upstream decided to rename PyPDF2 "back" into pypdf.  This obviously breaks compatibility with all their reverse dependencies, so I've pushed it without pkgmove.  Opening bugs for all packages that depend on dev-python/PyPDF2 to track them switching to dev-python/pypdf.
