Make no mistake, even from 3.1.16 this bump is almost not worth it. Some super minor fixups in particular for systemd .service files, otherwise, only one real fix in that write() errors wasn't being detected properly, but no real functional impact as far as I can determine (just error reporting that didn't happen). Bumping regardless.
