someone needs to merge my PR: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/28190
Everyone started using topics in groups, which is a new feature in this release: https://telegram.org/blog/topics-in-groups-collectible-usernames Older versions are therefore not very useful any more. Please update to the latest version in Settings > Advanced, or install it from https://desktop.telegram.org. If you are already using the latest version, this message might depend on a feature that is not yet implemented."
