Hi, can we stabilize gitlab-runner? 15.3.1 is the newest version older than 30 days right now, so using that.
If we are going to stabilize gitlab-runner, we should stabilize versions 15.3.1 and 15.4.1. 15.4.1 is just a bug fix release for the 15.4 series. I can stable those on amd64. William
