Current Dokuwiki version (20200729) is 2 years old, and it finally has a new release: 2022-07-31a “Igor”

It has many new features over the old some, some important ones:
- PHP8 fixes
- Webp, SVG support
- Revert page function
- Security patches

Just copying the current dokuwiki-20200729.ebuild to dokuwiki-20220731a.ebuild worked. Bonus: the new 2022-07-31a “Igor” is PHP-8 compatible.

Meanwhile upstream has released version 20230404 and again just copying the current dokuwiki-20200729.ebuild to dokuwiki-20230404.ebuild worked.
