For future, please keep in mind https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Zero-day_bump_requests. Also, maintainers may not wish to bump to pre-release versions, although given the infrequency of Transmission releaeses, they may wish to here. They may or may not do it masked/unkeyworded.
