The changes in the 5.19 Linux kernel that broke patch BMQ-and-PDS-io-scheduler were backported to 5.18 resulting in the same breakage since 5.18.18. See bug 865623. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Compile kernel 5.18.18 or 5.18.19 with BMQ IO scheduler enabled.
