Issue: media-video/owncast-0.0.12 fails to fetch.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses lto with CFLAGS=-flto -Werror=odr -Werror=lto-type-mismatch -Werror=strict-aliasing

please make sure that your email address you are using for commits is the same reported in bug 790530 otherwise it looks to be impossible assign bugs. Thanks

It worked when I added the package, and it works now. I do not have access to the web server logs, so I don't know what might have happened at the exact time when the Tinderbox tried to fetch it.

Given that https://devmanual.gentoo.org/eclass-reference/go-module.eclass/index.html says to "create a dependency tarball and host it somewhere, for example in your dev space", I'm not sure what else I can do beyond hosting it on the most stable web server available to me.
