Building systemd-utils 251.3 on musl applies a patchset intended for 251.2. Part of the very first patch (src/test/test-loop-block.c) was accepted upstream, causing a build failure. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Attempt to build sys-apps/systemd-utils-251.3 on a musl system. Actual Results: Build failure upon applying musl patches. Expected Results: Musl patches should apply and proceed with the build.
