Organicmaps is from here https://github.com/gentoo/guru/blob/master/gui-apps/organicmaps/organicmaps-9999.ebuild
So this would be a bug in organicmaps in guru repo, then.
I am the maintainer of organicmaps - how can I fix it?
Organicmaps seems to be installing headers for 3rd party packages like gtest, maybe there is a way to get the build system to stop doing that. This is a very large repo so I'm not able to do firsthand testing on it right now. If you cannot prevent the build system from installing them, you could remove them from ${D} at the end of src_install.
If i get it right, this should be fixed now via https://github.com/gentoo/guru/commit/8cf6d8072d5c683564532c62707af8b06db5fefb. @Vitaly Zdanevich: If you write "Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/856844" in the commit message as a seperate line (see for example the message here: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/commit/043e5f8bbc1910d4188cf2d1937fcc378e39f275), then this bug gets automatically closed.
