Issue: app-editors/xemacs-21.5.34-r9 installs files with broken symlink.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: lto_tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses lto with CFLAGS=-flto -Werror=odr -Werror=lto-type-mismatch -Werror=strict-aliasing

    Patch from upstream to not use a lock file when creating finder-inf.

Trying a proposal and patch from upstream to not use a lock file when creating finder -inf which should avoid getting a symlink to the lockfile.
