Please bump dev-db/jdbc-postgresql to version 42.4 (which was released 2022-06-09). The version on the Gentoo repos is 9.4-1206, which was released in 2015, almost 7 years ago! Upstream says that this version is compatible with Java 8 and newer (I've tested with OpenJDK 11 with no issues). #727906 (an open security bug) is addressed by upstream since release 42.2.13, released 2020-06-04. (see https://jdbc.postgresql.org/documentation/changelog.html#version_42.2.13) Thanks. Reproducible: Always
