This commit, https://github.com/ged/ruby-pg/commit/0242f3194c15d10ad5037d4581e78cb70b13b648 fixes the same warning in net-mail/mailshears when used with ruby27. It would be nice if we could backport it since mailshears is meant to be run in a cron job and will email you warnings all day otherwise. The problem likely exists in earlier versions but having it for pg-1.3.5 would suffice for me, since mailshears is ~arch.
