please bump to a version >5 see https://github.com/ROCmSoftwarePlatform/hipFFT/releases/tag/rocm-5.1.3
I created a [PR](https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/25830) to bump the version to 5.0.2. ROCm-5.1 toolchain is still absent, and I plan to done it in my GSoC project.
