After deactivating the Plugin Installer I get no error anymore. Removing the plugin isn't possible:

> Unable to properly remove the plugin
> [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'remote.py'"

I'm not entirely sure I understand what this report is about.

The plugin_installer was part of gajim 1.3.3_p2, it is not part of gajim 1.4.0. Thus it gets removed after the update.

Maybe there are situations in which an extra copy of the plugin installer is installed in the homedir? But I wouldn't know how we should handle that (and that really should be up to gajim to handle properly).
