Issue: app-backup/bacula-11.0.6 installs libtool files (.la) without corresponding libraries.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses CLANG as a compiler and LLD as a linker

ci has reproduced this issue with version 11.0.6-r1 - Updating summary.
