Issue: sci-libs/branca-0.4.2-r1 fails tests on MUSL.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox_musl)

NOTE:
This machine uses MUSL libc

fastjsonschema should be a dependency of dev-python/nbformat. Is not a direct dependency of branca
