Hi, I am unable to emerge =sys-fs/zfs-kmod-2.1.3. I am able to emerge =sys-fs/zfs-kmod-2.1.2 and =sys-fs/zfs-kmod-9999 without problems. This is a copy of the build.log: https://pastebin.com/2Qg78GM8 I am able to build it successfully in two other machines with the same kernel version without having this error.
Thank you for the report. We need to have all information at hand before ticket assignment. This includes * the complete build.log as attachment and * a paste of the emerge info as described on https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Attach_the_logs_to_the_bug_ticket Please reopen this ticket (Status:UNCONFIRMED) afterwards.

Looks like this one: https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/issues/13194 I have this issue. Seems to need a patch release. Upstream or in tree?
Created attachment 767555 [details, diff] /etc/portage/patches/sys-fs/zfs-kmod-2.1.3/hdr-maybe_unused.patch This patch is taken from the official bug, I referenced, and fixes the build problem for me.

Thanks for pointing this out. This is the same issue, and the patch provided there works for me. I am attaching the patch here, in case anyone else needs it.

I have tried the one I attach, and it works. I don't know how if I can delete it from here.
